Standard Monthly Plans
Monthly subscriptions are generally non-refundable once a billing cycle begins. You may cancel at any time to prevent renewal for the next cycle.
Annual or Custom Contracts
Enterprise and custom agreements follow the refund and termination terms defined in the applicable order form, statement of work, or master service agreement.
Duplicate or Incorrect Charges
If you believe you were billed in error, contact us promptly. Verified duplicate, fraudulent, or technically incorrect charges may be reversed or refunded.
Unused Credits and Capacity
Unused credits, seats, board capacity, and library capacity are not refundable unless required by law or expressly stated in a signed agreement.
Requesting a Review
To request a billing review, email hello@lumorastudio.com with your account details, invoice reference, and a summary of the issue.
